RULES
- Members 12-14 years of age must be accompanied by parent/guardian at all times.
- Members who are 15 to 17 year old must have a signed waiver from a parent or guardian to work out on their own.
- Collars must be used on weight bars at all times.
- Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to staff member immediately.
- Do not drop weight or dumbbells.
- Return all weights and equipment to their proper racks after each use.
- Proper workout attire and footwear are required.
- Limit the use of equipment to 30 minutes when others are waiting.
- wipe off all equipment and benches when finished.Towels and cleaner will be supplied,
- Do not bring food into the fitness area.
- Alcohol, tobacco products, and illegal drugs (including anabolic steroids) are prohibited.
